Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping time.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
